Bobbi-Jo has owned a digital strategy studio that focuses on branding, design, and growth for the passionate entrepreneur for the last ten years. She is a business and Vision Coach who helps her clients grow to 7-figures through a compassion-based, sustainable approach. In the past, she has led accelerators for NatWest and BSWN’s Women in Business Program and through those endeavours recognised the need for a reimagined, better approach to career advancement for women.

Jade has led business development and client growth at B2B services companies in Silicon Valley, Hong Kong, Miami and Boston. She brings global fluency, operational design and process to grow Circe’s platform. Ten years ago Jade hired a career coach to navigate the lesser traveled path, and began formally exploring how to solve the career support gap with Bobbi in 2021. She’s a fierce advocate for women in leadership roles and knows that the right support can get them there.
